READ, SHARE, GROW
Read Share Grow Reading for pleasure improves children’s knowledge, creativity, wellbeing, and empathy for others. Sharing a story or a picture book with your child, even 5 minutes a day, can make a big difference to your child and is a great way to relax together.
This project was for the community of South Dunedin and the surrounding suburbs this was the inspiration for the graphic I designed.
For this project, I worked for and teamed up with Firebrand to create the cultural aspect of this project. The brief was to come up with cultural elements that represented the community and suburbs that make up South Dunedin. Meaning and stories of the logo can be found here readsharegrow.nz .
There were a few challenges along the way with just trying to incorporate everyone but I managed to find the balance and I am very proud of how the graphic turned out and I thank the Pacific community for acknowledging my work and gifting me valuable gifts that I cherish.
The main graphic is a bunch of graphics integrated into one and I designed the cultural aspect of the logo and also produced some supporting graphics to be displayed in the branding and social media.
